In the event of any conflict between these Rules and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use will govern.

  1. Application and Invitation

Membership in the Plesk Product Expert program is on an invitation-only basis. Candidates for the Plesk Expert Program include members who have a track record of participating actively in the forums to share their technical expertise, real-world knowledge, and experience of working with the Plesk product.

Existing Plesk Product Expert members may nominate members as Plesk Product Expert candidates from time to time. To be considered for membership in the Plesk Product Expert program, a member (whether or not nominated by a member of the Plesk Product Expert program) must prepare and submit an application. Existing Plesk Product Expert members and Plesk will review the candidacy of those who have submitted an application. All invitations to join the Plesk Product Expert program will come from Plesk, and Plesk will determine whom to invite to join the Plesk Product Expert program in its sole discretion.

  2. Participation

The Plesk Product Expert program does not require any involuntary commitments from its members. Like all other provisions of these Rules, Plesk may change these provisions from time to time at Plesk sole discretion. 6. No Sponsorship or Endorsement

Plesks’ extension of an invitation to a person or entity to join the Plesk Product Expert program, and a person or entity’s participation in the Plesk Product Expert program, does not imply that Plesk sponsors or endorses such person or entity or any products or services offered by such person or entity or any third party with which such person or entity may be affiliated. Other than displaying a Plesk Product Expert program graphic in the forums in the manner permitted by Section 3 of these Rules, Plesk Product Expert program members may not make any statements, use any Plesk trademarks, or otherwise take any actions, in a manner inconsistent with the foregoing in this Section 6.

  7. Changes to the Rules and to the Plesk Product Expert program

Subject to Section 5 of these Rules, Plesk reserves the right to modify, update, and otherwise change these Rules and the Plesk Product Expert program from time to time in its sole discretion (including, without limitation, by adding or removing features or benefits of participating in the Plesk Product Expert program, and by terminating or ceasing to operate the Plesk Product Expert program in whole or in part).
